Ladyfest: Toronto 2007

Gentlemen's Fest: In Support of Ladyfest 2007

Ladyfest has been going on for a few years now. For those of you support it and/or have attended the events over the last few years, it's more-than-fair to say that good times are usually had. Lauren Schreiber, who runs the recent and decent simple slew of shows called NO SHAME, is taking the Ladyfest helm this year and is also putting together Gentlemen's Fest: a benefit for Ladyfest - a fundraiser, if you will. It will be a two-night showcase of Toronto (and Guelph's) entertaining roster of bands. The schedule goes like so:

Thursday, May 10th

Woodhands
The Ghost Is Dancing
Barons and Lengthy
Gravity Wave

Clinton's (693 Bloor Street West)
9pm
$6

Friday, May 11th

Baby Eagle
Wax Mannequin
The Incidentals
Andrew Vincent and the Pirates

Sneaky Dee's (431 College Street)
9pm
$6

Support the wonderful ladies and support the kick-ass gents by killing two birds with the proverbial one stone.
