Let's kick off the Holiday season in the spirit of charity and having fun. We want to host a dance party that empowers everyone to come out and be fearlessly, unapologetically themselves. This is to celebrate our community and our diversity in the face of all the xenophobia, homophobia, sexism and racism experienced in 2016 and to remind ourselves of the love we all have.

I understand that there usually is no cover charge at The Dance Cave but tonight's $10 cover charge will go towards the Institute of Sexual Minorities Studies and Services and Camp fYrefly Ontario. Camp fYrefly is Canada's only national leadership retreat for LGBTQ2+ youths. The Camp is designed to help youth develop the leadership skills and personal resiliency necessary for them to become agents for positive change in their schools, families, and communities.
