This week on DineSafe, Smoke's Poutinerie at Ricoh Coliseum had to stop serving its gravy-soaked fries. The shop was forced to close after inspection due to water supply issues, which, granted, sounds a smidgen less horrifying than the rodent- and insect-related problems that have closed other restaurants over the past few weeks.
