Next time you decide to smash in a window and try and get away after a neighbor catches you, it's probably best not to run through a police station parking lot. Then again, it does make the job easier for law enforcement.

You've heard of drive-by shootings, but what about drive-by stabbings? It might not be in Toronto proper, but a man was stabbed in Brampton yesterday as he was stopped at a red light in his vehicle.

The fallout from Sunday's explosion continues to build: lawyers are already preparing a class-action lawsuit against the propane company, and the city may be powerless to address the zoning by-laws that caused a propane site to be next to a residential neighborhood.

Speaking of propane sites, there might be one in your neighborhood: there are apparently 337 of them in the Greater Toronto Area.

Oh, and the NFL's idea to bring a few games to Toronto — like the Steelers-Bills pre-season game going down at the Rogers Centre tonight tomorrow night — might be a flop if people don't show up. Which is a distinct possibility seeing as how tickets for an exhibition game cost several hundred dollars.
