I was going to write this article up myself, but Matthew Blacket over at Spacing beat me to the punch.

Since the article includes info on other topics, I'll break it down to help cut down on your needless clicking:

- NowToronto has posted its top 10 highs, lows, and worst gaffes of the city
- Christopher Hume of the Toronto Star pens a piece on the top projects of 2006 that have changed the city
