Not long ago, I saw a photo of some rather intriguing Toronto street art posted to Wooster Collective. They credit this shopping cart on pole installation piece to Specter of the visual and street art group Kops Crew.

Cruising the theGentries Flickr pool today (Toronto Flickr users: please join up!), I came across a recent photo of what may be a new installation on the same pole.
